Projects

Three projects built and maintained in active use. All started as real problems without a good solution. Click Case study on any of them for the full technical and product write-up.

Keen Owner

Home management app for homeowners and short-term rental hosts. There was no good way to track what you owned, what was under warranty, or what needed maintenance — so everything lived in a folder of random documents, or nowhere at all.

Keen Owner handles inventory by room, warranty tracking with expiration reminders, maintenance schedules, document storage, and insurance reports. The STR tier adds expense tracking and Schedule E tax reports. Available on iOS, Android, and the web.

Complete Event

Event management software for conferences and associations. The choice was free tools cobbled together or expensive enterprise platforms — nothing in between that a small organization could actually afford and run.

Complete Event handles registration, check-in, session scheduling, speaker submissions, fundraising, and attendee email in one place. Flat monthly pricing, no per-ticket fees. A native app handles day-of check-in on iOS and Android.

LineRelay

Chrome extension for teams using Linear. Filing a bug or task from a browser tab takes too many manual steps, so things that should be in the backlog end up in a notes app or nowhere.

LineRelay pre-fills a Linear issue with the page title, URL, and whatever text you have selected. Two clicks from any tab. A right-click menu handles the case where you start from a selection. OAuth runs through Chrome's identity API with a Cloudflare Worker keeping secrets off the device.
